It’s almost a year when Moga DSP Balraj Singh Gill and Monika Bajaj were found murdered at farm house, Humbran Road in Ludhiana. The incident took place on February 2, 2012 and police arrested three main accused on April 5. Later on information provided by three accused. Police further arrested their three partners in crime. Union railway minister Pawan Kumar Bansal after flagging of Chandigarh – New Delhi Shatabdi on Monday announced that Ludhiana-Chandigarh railway link will be completed within three months. The construction of 110 KM railway track work started way back in 2000 and had never met the past deadlines but union minister said construction of final phase and testing will be completed by March end.
